Michael Ippolito is an Electrical Design Engineer with over four years of experience in electrical and fire alarm design. His project experience includes fire stations, medical facilities, hotels, manufacturing facilities, forensic labs, high-end residential homes, community centers, churches, and shopping centers. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and is proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit, SolidWorks, and AGI.

Jeffrey Oliveira is a Plumbing Designer and CAD Manager with over five years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing design, developed under the guidance of licensed Professional Engineers. He holds an Associate degree and is completing a Bachelor's in Business Finance at Florida Atlantic University, which adds insight into the financial side of engineering projects.

Damaris Crespo is a senior mechanical designer with more than 20 years of experience in design, project management, and construction administration. Her work covers commercial, residential (single and multifamily), hotels, schools, shopping malls, car dealerships, restaurants, and military projects. She works in AutoCAD, uses EnergyGauge and EnergyGauge Summit for residential and commercial energy calculations, and uses the Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) for heating and cooling load calculations.

​Dennis Mikulski has over 40 years of experience in electrical design and project management. He has designed fire alarm, security, lighting, power, communications, and data systems for office buildings, medical facilities, restaurants, fire stations, schools, shopping centers, hotels, resorts, and industrial and manufacturing facilities, and manages construction administration across project types. He is well-versed in the National Electrical Code and energy codes, specification writing, and construction administration, and has worked on multiple LEED projects. He is proficient in AutoCAD MEP for electrical design and drafting, as well as Visual and AGI lighting software.

Bryan Oliveira is a mechanical designer and CAD manager with approximately five years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC design, with a focus on residential systems. He holds an associate degree from the Dr. Floyd F. Koch Honors College and is completing a bachelor's in civil engineering at Florida Atlantic University.

​Joeven Valenzuela is a licensed professional engineer in Florida with an NCEES record and over 20 years of experience in MEP project management and electrical power system design. His work spans medium- and high-voltage systems, lighting, fire alarms, emergency, security, and communication systems for clients across education, healthcare, commercial, data center, government, military, and industrial sectors, along with commissioning and LEED-certified building design. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Western Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (South Florida Chapter), the NFPA, the Florida Engineering Society, and the National Society of Professional Engineers and serves on the City of Delray Beach Green Implementation Advancement Board.

Joefrie Valenzuela is an electrical designer at Beacon with over 20 years of experience in the field. His design work includes high-end residential, tenant improvement, and commercial projects. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Western Institute of Technology.
